PoPs! have never been removed from their box and are brand new. 
Due to shipping from distributors, the boxes can have some defects such as dents, dings, scratchs, tears and other box wear. 

PoP Funkos will ship inside of a sorter shell prior to being placed in a box to protect it from damage during transit. For specialty size PoPs item will ship protected to the best of it's capibilities.
