Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from USPS. All comics will ship inside a bag and board. Depening on the amount of comics ordered, books will be placed inside a Comic Book Mailer ( Gemini Mailer, EC) PoP! Funko's will also ship with a single box to protect the item inside of the shipping box.
Games will ship free with orders over $75 BUT, games will ship USPS ground shipping. Orders combined with games will also fall under this category.
Being a collector I understand the importance of protecting your products to the best of my ability. I will do my very best to ship each item with the care it deserves. Please understand that things can and do happen outside of my control but will work with you no matter the situation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return the product. Once your item is reveieved, I will inspect the item to verify it's condition and issue a refund. All returns will be issued within 1-2 business day's. Shipping your items for returns will not be covered.
Things do happen outside of our control but please let us work together to resolve whatever issues you may have. I am here to provide a service to you and want you to feel fantastic about your orders because I would love to serve you again and again.
